Clifton Beach is one of Cairns Australia Northern Beaches .. a central point on a 6 kilometres cove .. adjoining Palm Cove and Kewarra Beach. Clifton Beach is located 22 kilometres north of Cairns and 42 kilometres south of Port Douglas and is a central point for all day tour operators and self drive tours.

Port Douglas - is only a 30 minute drive North on your way to the Daintree and Cape Tribulation. Stop by at Mossman and see it's famous  Gorge. A scenic drive with the rainforest on one side & spectacular ocean views on the other.

Atherton Tablelands and Kuranda - a wealth of volcanic crater lakes .. rolling green pastures .. waterfalls .. boat cruises .. the huge Cathedral and Curtain fig trees .. hot-air ballooning.

Smithfield is only 6 kilometres from Clifton Palms and is serviced by bus. A regular 30 minute bus services operates from the front of our complex to the Smithfield Shopping Centre with an express service to Cairns City.
